This is a translation; the Spanish version prevails.
1. Why we use your data
We use your name, email, the answers and information you enter, and technical data from your browser to: create and protect your account or your participation as a guest, provide the Service (cupping sessions, evaluations, Marketplace, exports and features you request), charge for paid plans, send you necessary Service emails and comply with legal obligations.
We also produce internal statistics to improve the Service, a secondary purpose. If you do not want this, write to contacto@cafedelossentidos.com. We do not send advertising or sell your data.
2. If you take part as a guest or member of an organization
The answers and data you enter in an organization’s workspace (for example, the cooperative or company that invited you) are processed on behalf of that organization, which is their controller. To exercise your rights over them, contact the organization; you can also write to us and we will help.
3. Transfers
Our technology providers process data in the United States on our behalf. The only transfer that requires your consent is to the company that succeeds El Café de los Sentidos, S. de R.L. de C.V. in operating Koffe; you may object by writing to contacto@cafedelossentidos.com.
4. Your rights
